| 摘要 |
分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者开展社区管理对患者的影响。方法 纳入本次研究人员的数量为120例，时间范围为2022年11月份至2023年11月份，依据患者入院治疗时间的先后顺序分成了对照组和实验组，每组患者的数量为60例，对照组开展社区健康宣教，实验组提供针对性社区管理，分析两组患者的生活质量、自我管理水平。结果 实验组患者生活质量更佳，自我管理水平得到提升，p<0.05。结论 在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者稳定期开展社区管理，可以提高患者的生活质量，满足患者的治疗需求，提高患者的自我管理水平，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the influence of community management on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods The number of researchers included in this study was 120, and the time range was from November 2022 to November 2023. The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the order of hospitalization. The number of patients in each group was 60, and the control group carried out community health education, while the experimental group provided targeted community management. The quality of life and self-management level of the two groups were analyzed. Results The quality of life of patients in the experimental group was better, and the level of self-management was improved, p<0.05. Conclusion Community management in the stable period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients can improve the quality of life of patients, meet the treatment needs of patients, and improve the level of self-management of patients, which is worth advocating.
