Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on perioperative nursing of calcaneal fracture and its influence on pain. Methods A total of 64 patients with calcaneal fracture were selected to participate in the study, and their basic data were investigated in detail to confirm that they met the experimental participation conditions. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 64 patients were randomly assigned to 2 groups, namely the control group and the observation group, and different nursing measures were implemented during perioperative nursing, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing. The pain, psychological status scores and surgical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain of the two groups, and the results showed that the VAS score of the observation group was lower at 1d, 2d and 3d after surgery (P < 0.05). The anxiety Assessment Scale (SAS) was used to evaluate the psychological state of the patients. The SAS scores of the 3d observation group and the control group were (24.1±2.5) and (35.6±2.6), respectively, and the SAS scores of the observation group were relatively low (P < 0.05). At the same time, in terms of surgical indexes, the observation group was better (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative nursing of calcaneal fracture can reduce pain, improve bad mood, shorten operation time and promote recovery.
