| 摘要 |
分析院外延续护理对精神分裂症患者康复和生活质量的影响。方法 研究纳入90例精神分裂症患者，随机分为常规组和延续组，每组45例。常规组接受出院前的综合干预，延续组在此基础上联合延续性护理干预措施。结果 延续组在社会能力、物质生活、躯体能力和心理能力等方面的生活质量评分均显著高于常规组（P<0.05）。同时，延续组在BPRS评分、MRSS评分、PANSS评分均显著低于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 院外延续护理能有效提升精神分裂症患者的康复效果和生活质量，具有重要的临床应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effects of out-of-hospital extended care on the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 90 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into routine group and continuation group, 45 cases in each group. The conventional group received comprehensive intervention before discharge, and the extended group was combined with continuous nursing intervention on this basis. Results The quality of life scores of social ability, material life, physical ability and mental ability in continuation group were significantly higher than those in conventional group (P<0.05). At the same time, the BPRS score, MRSS score and PANSS score in the continuation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion Out-of-hospital extended nursing can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia, and has important clinical application value.
