| 摘要 |
对不稳定型心绞痛患者实施综合护理干预的效果进行分析。方法 以2022年04月-2023年04月作为研究开展时间，研究对象从该时间段内本院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者中抽选1052例，任意对其分组，（常规护理）常规组纳入526例，研究组（综合护理）收入526例。比较分析2组不稳定型心绞痛病人的病情发作频率、持续时间、VAS（疼痛）评分、SCL-90（心理）评分等。结果 同常规组比较，研究组患者病情发作频率、持续时间更少，各项活动受限程度评分增加（P＜0.05）；同常规组比较，研究组VAS评分、SCL-90评分，明显更低（P＜0.05）。结论 不稳定型心绞痛患者运用综合护理干预效果明显，一方面可以缓解患者不良心理，减轻其疼痛程度，另一方面，可以缩短患者病情发作时间，同时减少不良心血管事件的发生，值得临床上积极推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods This study was conducted from April 2022 to April 2023. 1052 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to our hospital during this period were selected and randomly grouped into 526 patients in the routine care group and 526 patients in the research group. The frequency, duration, VAS (pain) score and SCL-90 (psychological) score of the two groups of patients with unstable angina pectoris were compared. Results Compared with the conventional group, the patients had less attack frequency and duration, and the score of activity restriction increased (P <0.05), and the study group had significantly lower VAS score and SCL-90 score (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with unstable angina pectoris is obvious. On the one hand, it can alleviate the adverse psychology of patients and reduce the degree of pain. On the other hand, it can shorten the onset time of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.
