| 摘要 |
分析急诊高血压病患者健康教育中实施个体化延续护理的效果。方法 抽取本院急诊收治共94例高血压患者,时间2023年3月至2024年3月。将其随机分成2个小组,每组47例。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在此基础实施个体化延续护理。评比2组患者血压指标、用药依从性、自我护理能力。结果 干预3个月,观察组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)与对照组比较均明显降低,2组具备显著意义(P<0.05)。干预3个月,观察组Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS)、自护能力测定量表(ESCA)与对照组比较均明显提高,2组具备显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 急诊高血压病患者健康教育中实施个体化延续护理能提高服药依从性及自护能力,更有效降低血压指标。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized continuous nursing in health education of patients with emergency hypertension. Methods A total of 94 patients with hypertension were selected from the emergency department of our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024. They were randomly divided into 2 groups with 47 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education, and the observation group received individualized continuous nursing on this basis. Blood pressure index, medication compliance and self-care ability of 2 groups were evaluated. Results After 3 months of intervention, systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). After 3 months of intervention, the Morisky medication compliance scale (MMAS) and self-care ability scale (ESCA) in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group, and the two groups had significant significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of individualized continuous nursing in health education of patients with emergency hypertension can improve medication compliance and self-care ability, and reduce blood pressure index more effectively.
