| 摘要 |
探究规范化护理措施在小儿白血病患儿护理中的效果。方法 本次研究对象为48例小儿白血病患儿，抽取时间为：2022年2月-2023年2月。以随机数字表法将上述患儿分为参考组及实验组。其中参考组行常规护理，实验组采取规范化护理措施，每组24例。以护理依从性、生活质量及护理满意度评价两组效果。结果 实验组护理依（95.45%）从性高于参考组（54.55%）（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 规范化护理措施在小儿白血病患儿护理中可起到积极的效果，能够提升患儿的护理依从性，改善其生活质量。此种方法值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effectiveness of standardized nursing measures in the care of pediatric leukemia patients. Methods The study subjects were 48 children with childhood leukemia, and the sampling period was from February 2022 to February 2023. Divide the afore mentioned children into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received standardized nursing measures, with 24 cases in each group. Evaluate the effects of two groups based on nursing compliance, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction. Results The nursing compliance of the experimental group (95.45%) was higher than that of the reference group (54.55%) (P<0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized nursing measures can have a positive effect on the care of pediatric leukemia patients, improve their nursing compliance, and improve their quality of life. This method is worth promoting.
