Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on posttraumatic stress disorder. Methods the study object selected from April 2023 to April 2024 during our receiving posttraumatic stress disorder anxiety patients 50 cases, all patients are divided into two groups of nursing study, group for observation group and control group, each group has 25 patients, the control group patients routine care during treatment, observation group add psychological nursing intervention, compare the clinical effect of the two nursing mode in detail. Results nursing after the results of the two groups, the observation group patients anxiety significantly less than the control group, patients compliance behavior compared with the control group is significantly improved, the effect of sleep quality is better than the control group, the incidence of adverse events and violence events is lower than the control group, the final patient quality of life compared with the control group, the two groups have statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the psychological nursing intervention for patients with PTSD anxiety, enhance the physical and mental comfort and coordination, improve the sleep quality of patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse events and violent events, and improve the quality of life of patients.
