Objective The purpose of this paper is to care for patients with otolaryngology, and to explore the effect and value of evidence-based nursing mode on such patients. Methods The subjects of this clinical research study were all patients who receivedtreatment in the otolaryngology department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022, with a total of 960 cases. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing measures. groups (480 cases in each group). The control group was givenroutine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given targeted and refined evidence based nursing intervention. Result The SAS, SDS, The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Otolaryngology department has been suffering to a great extent for a long time. Therefore, it is particularly important to implement effective evidence-based nursing care for such patients, which can effectively improve the negative emotions of anxiety and depression in patients, and reduce and occur at the same time. The relationship between nurses and patients to avoid disputes between doctors and patients is worth promoting and advocating.
