| 摘要 |
分析在心血管内科护理中采用护理干预的作用。方法 以2023年1月-2024年1月本院心血管内科收治的80例患者为分析对象，将其依据数字表法分为两组，一组应用常规护理视为参照组，另一组应用综合护理干预视为研究组，各40例。统计护理的结果并比较。结果 护理前患者的生活质量和情绪状态相比无较大差异，护理后均得到改善，其中研究组改善效果高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 使用护理干预进行心血管内科护理工作，可提高护理质量，改善患者的情绪和生活质量，值得借鉴。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing. Methods 80 patients admitted to the cardiovascular department of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were analyzed and divided into two groups according to the numerical table method. One group was regarded as the reference group using conventional care, and the other group was regarded as the research group using high-quality care, with 40 cases each. The results of nursing were analyzed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in the quality of life and emotional state of the patients before nursing, and they were improved after nursing, and the improvement effect of the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing can improve the quality of nursing, improve the mood and quality of life of patients, and it is worth learning.
