| 摘要 |
探寻将早期目标性康复护理应用在脑梗塞（CI）患者中效果。方法 选择我院收治的80例CI患者，随机平分成对照组和观察组，分别实行常规护理和早期目标性康复护理，对比效果。结果 经过统计分析，对照组患者并发症、护理满意度分别为（15.00%），而观察组并发症分别为（2.50%），观察组患者并发症明显优于常规组，且两组数据对比在统计学上具有明显差异（P＜0.05）。观察组Barthel、FMA评分和护理满意度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将早期目标性康复护理应用在CI患者中，能够使生活自理能力和肢体运动功能快速恢复，降低并发症，提升护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of early targeted rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction (CI). Methods 80 patients with CI in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and routine nursing and early targeted rehabilitation nursing were given to compare the effect. Results After statistical analysis, the complications and nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group were 15.00%, and those in the observation group were 2.50%, respectively. The complications of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the conventional group, and the data between the two groups showed statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The scores of Barthel, FMA and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of early targeted rehabilitation nursing in CI patients can quickly restore self-care ability and limb motor function, reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
