| 摘要 |
观察人文关怀护理在慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者中的有效作用。方法 选择我院收治的慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者66例，将其按照随机分组方法分为对照组（33例，使用常规护理）和试验组（33例，使用人文关怀护理），两组患者均持续护理6周，对两组的护理效果进行收集和分析对比。结果 对两组患者实施护理后，试验组的症候积分明显优于对照组，且试验组对护理的满意度也明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者使用人文关怀护理，能够提高患者的治疗效果，提升患者对护理的满意度，有较好的护理作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effective effect of humanistic care in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer. Methods 66 patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group (33 cases, using conventional nursing) and experimental group (33 cases, using humanistic nursing). Both groups of patients were continuously cared for for 6 weeks. The nursing effects of the two groups were collected, analyzed and compared. Results After the two groups of patients were given nursing care, the symptom score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the satisfaction of the experimental group was also significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of humanistic care nursing for patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer can improve the therapeutic effect of patients, improve patients satisfaction with nursing, and have a better nursing effect.
