| 摘要 |
分析甲状腺癌颈清术后乳糜漏的现状，分析护理措施。方法 参与本次研究患者的数量为20例，时间为2022年1月份至2023年12月份，分成对照组与实验组，每组10例，对照组常规护理；实验组综合护理，分析两组患者的生活质量以及护理满意度。结果 实验组患者的生活质量更佳，护理满意度显优，P<0.05。结论 针对于进行甲状腺癌颈清术后乳糜漏患者提供综合护理，可以提升患者的生活质量，提高其护理满意度，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the current situation of chylorrhea after cervical detoxification for thyroid cancer and analyze nursing measures. Methods The number of patients participating in this study was 20, from January 2022 to December 2023. They were divided into control group and experimental group, with 10 cases in each group. In the experimental group, the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results The patients in the experimental group had better quality of life and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion Providing comprehensive nursing care for patients with chylorrhea after cervical cleansing for thyroid cancer can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worth advocating.
