Objective To explore the influence of comfortable nursing service on the clinical nursing effect and psychological state of obstetrics and gynecology patients. Methods selected in January 2023-January 2024, qianxi maternity and child care 80 patients, group according to the even group method, divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases), according to different nursing methods, routine nursing mode application in routine group, comfortable nursing service mode application in observation group, analysis of nursing value, statistical method mainly using T test. Results In terms of psychological status, there was no statistical difference before nursing, and similar situation (P> 0.05); after nursing, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups, that is, lower SAS and SDS scores in the observation group (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. In terms of nursing effect, the observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For patients with obstetrics and gynecology, the effect of routine nursing is not ideal, and the comfortable nursing service intervention is a clinical quality path, which can improve patient comfort and nursing satisfaction, and reduce the bad psychological state of patients, which is conducive to the prognosis.
