| 摘要 |
探讨中医护理方案在腰痹患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月在某三甲医院就诊的腰痹患者80例，随机分为两组，对照组进行常规护理方案，研究组在常规护理方案的基础上增加了中医护理方案。比较两组患者的症状缓解情况以及护理满意度情况。结果 比较两组患者的腰腿疼，直腿抬高和下肢放射痛等功能恢复情况，研究组显著优于对照组经比较，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 将中医护理方案应用在腰痹病患者中,能够显著改善患者的疼痛症状、腰椎功能，大大提高了患者的生活质量，患者功能恢复佳，护理满意度高，效果显著，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: Exploring the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme in patients with lumbar obstruction. Methods: Select 80 patients with lumbar obstruction who visited our department from January 2022 to January 2023, and randomly divide them into two groups. The control group will receive routine nursing care, while the study group will receive traditional Chinese medicine nursing care in addition to the routine nursing care. Compare the symptom relief between two groups of patients. Results: Comparing the lower back and leg pain, straight leg elevation, and lower limb radiating pain between two groups of patients, the study group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05) after comparison. Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing programs in patients with lumbar arthralgia can significantly improve their pain symptoms and lumbar spine function, greatly enhance their quality of life, achieve good functional recovery, high nursing satisfaction, and significant results, which are worthy of clinical promotion.
