情景教学法和案例分析法联合应用于心内科护理教学中的意义研究

摘要
探析心内科护理教学中采取情景教学法和案例分析法的效果。方法 本次研究对象为我院心内科护理实习生50名,抽取时间为2022年1月-2023年1月期间。以随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组,其中参考组采取常规教学法,实验组采取情景教学法联合案例分析法,每组25名。以教学效果、教学满意度评价两组效果。结果 经对比两组教学效果显示,实验组各项评分相比较参考组较高(P<0.05)。经对比两组教学满意度显示,实验组相比较参考组较高(P<0.05)。结论 心内科护理教学中采取情景教学法和案例分析法效果显著,能够提升教学效果,提高护理实习生的教学满意度。此种方法值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of adopting situational teaching method and case analysis method in nursing teaching of cardiology. Method The study subjects were 50 nursing interns in the cardiology department of our hospital, and the sampling period was from January 2022 to January 2023. Divide into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group adopts conventional teaching methods, while the experimental group adopts situational teaching combined with case analysis methods, with 25 students in each group. Evaluate two sets of effects based on teaching effectiveness and teaching satisfaction. Result After comparing the teaching effects of the two groups, it was found that the experimental group had higher scores compared to the reference group (P<0.05). After comparing the teaching satisfaction of the two groups, it was found that the experimental group had a higher level of satisfaction compared to the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of situational teaching method and case analysis method in cardiology nursing teaching has significant effects, can improve teaching effectiveness, and enhance the teaching satisfaction of nursing interns. This method is worth promoting.

本文立足医学模式转变下心内科护理教学传统模式重理论轻实践的背景,探究情景教学法联合案例分析法的应用效果,对革新护理教学、培养高素质护理人才具有现实意义。研究以 50 名心内科护理实习生为对象,随机分组对比两种教学法,通过考核教学效果、调查满意度并经 SPSS 分析得出联合教学法更优的结论。但研究存在样本量小、单中心开展、未追踪长期教学效果,且满意度问卷未验证信效度等不足。未来可扩大样本量、开展多中心研究,延长随访周期,完善评价体系。
