| 摘要 |
分析角膜炎患者应用维生素C进行局部治疗的临床优势。方法 本研究以100例角膜炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数表法将其分成2组，对照组接受常规治疗，研究组组在对照组治疗方案基础上应用维生素C进行治疗，并对比两组治疗情况差异。结果 研究组患者临床疗效高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗起效时间以及症状恢复时间均小于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在角膜炎患者接受治疗期间，局部应用维生素C进行治疗可以有效缩短治疗时间，改善临床疗效，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the clinical advantages of local treatment with vitamin C in keratitis patients. Methods: In this study, 100 patients with keratitis were divided into 2 groups by random number table method. The control group received conventional treatment, and the study group received vitamin C treatment based on the treatment plan of the control group, and compared the treatment difference between the two groups. Results: The clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The treatment onset time and symptom recovery time of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: During the treatment of keratitis patients, the local application of vitamin C can effectively shorten the treatment time and improve the clinical effect, and it is worth promoting.
