探讨人性化护理对胸外科护理质量影响的临床研究

摘要	达到提高胸外科护理质量目的，在本文中着重探究了人性化护理的实际应用效果。方法 102例胸外科患者列入实验，根据护理方式的区别利用摇号方式分为对照与观察两组，前者沿用常规护理，后者实施人性化护理干预手段，对比两组患者心理状态及满意度。结果护理前，两组负性情绪组间比对P＞0.05。护理后，实验组负性情绪评分优于对照组P＜0.05。护理前，两组疼痛组间比对P＞0.05。护理后，实验组疼痛评分优于对照组P＜0.05。实验组并发生发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论于胸外科而言，在护理中全上面应用人性化护理可有效提升整体护理质量，改善患者心理状态，相对常规护理，患者满意程度更高。
Abstract	Objective In order to achieve the purpose of improving the nursing quality of thoracic surgery, this paper focuses on exploring the practical application effect of humanized nursing. Methods A total of 102 patients with thoracic surgery were included in the experiment. According to the difference in nursing methods, they were divided into control and observation groups by lottery method. The former continued to use routine nursing, while the latter implemented humanized nursing interventions. The psychological state and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared. Spend. Results The data in the experiment showed that the anxiety and depression scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group and before nursing, and their satisfaction was also significantly improved. (P<0.05). Conclusion For thoracic surgery, the application of humanized nursing to the whole of nursing can effectively improve the overall nursing quality and improve the psychological state of patients. Compared with routine nursing, patients are more satisfied.
