| 摘要 |
探析实施心理护理并健康教育在血液透析护理中的应用价值。方法 选取了在我院2022.12-2023.12，1年内接受治疗的90名血液透析患者作为本次研究的目标对象。根据护理手段的差异，患者被随机划分为两组：对照组（45例，接受常规护理）和研究组（45例，采用心理护理并健康教育）。对两组病人的护理成果进行了详细的收集和比较分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，研究组患者SAS评分以及SDS评分相对于对照组显著更低，健康知识掌握度高于对照组，差异具有统计学上的显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 在血液透析患者的护理中，应用心理护理并健康教育能够提高患者对于健康知识的认知度，同时改善患者心理的不良情绪，有较高的临床价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application value of implementing psychological care and health education in hemodialysis nursing. Method 90 hemodialysis patients who received treatment in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 within one year were selected as the target subjects of this study. According to the differences in nursing methods, patients were randomly divided into two groups: a control group (45 cases, receiving routine care) and a study group (45 cases, receiving psychological care and health education). Detailed collection and comparative analysis were conducted on the nursing outcomes of two groups of patients. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care. The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the mastery of health knowledge was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of hemodialysis patients, the application of psychological care and health education can improve their awareness of health knowledge and improve their negative emotions, which has high clinical value.
