Objective: To explore the application effect of case management model in AIDS antiviral treatment. Methods: 72 AIDS patients who received antiviral treatment in our hospital from June 2023.06 to June 2024.06 were taken as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received individual case management intervention. The medication adherence, virus inhibition rate, negative emotion score, and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Result: The medication adherence and virus inhibition rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05); The negative emotion score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05); The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention effect of case management mode in AIDS antiviral treatment is significant, which can effectively improve the drug compliance and virus inhibition rate of patients, reduce their negative emotions, and promote their quality of life.
