| 摘要 |
探讨在重症监护室(ICU)中新入职护士临床教学中应用强化教学的效果。方法 纳入2022年1月~2022年12月内我院新入职护士45名为对照组,实施传统教学。另选取2023年1月~2023年12月内我院新入职护士45名为观察组,实施强化教学,对比两组教学效果。结果 观察组护士实习效果评分(动手能力、学习态度、团队协作能力、急救配合能力、动手能力、总分)均显著高于对照组,且观察组护士教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对ICU新入职护士临床教学实施强化教学能够显著提高护士的护理能力,优化实习效果,且护士对教学满意度更高,具有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of applying intensive teaching in clinical teaching for newly recruited nurses in the intensive care unit (ICU). Method 45 newly hired nurses in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were included as the control group and traditional teaching was implemented. Another 45 newly hired nurses in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group to implement intensive teaching and compare the teaching effects of the two groups. Result The evaluation scores of the internship effectiveness of the observation group nurses (hands-on ability, learning attitude, teamwork ability, first aid cooperation ability, hands-on ability, total score) were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the satisfaction scores of the observation group nurses with teaching were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening clinical teaching for newly recruited ICU nurses can significantly improve their nursing abilities, optimize internship outcomes, and increase their satisfaction with teaching, thus having high practical value.
