Objective To analyze the application effect of diversified combined teaching mode in nursing teaching of neurology department. Methods 135 nursing students who were interns or interns in the Department of Neurology of our hospital in 2023 were selected as the research objects. The nursing students were divided into groups according to the time of internship or internship and given different teaching methods. A total of 67 nursing students in the reference group accepted traditional teaching mode, and 68 nursing students in the research group accepted diversified co-teaching mode. The assessment scores, ability scores and satisfaction with nursing teaching were compared between the two groups. Results The assessment scores (including theoretical knowledge and skill level) of nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the reference group; The ability scores of nursing students in the study group (including problem judgment ability, innovation ability, problem thinking ability, teamwork ability and communication ability) were higher than those in the reference group; The satisfaction of nursing teaching in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of diversified joint teaching mode in nursing teaching of neurology department has ideal effect, and the assessment results of nursing students are improved, the ability is enhanced, and the satisfaction of nursing teaching is increased, which has the value of popularization and application.
