摘要
探讨人性化护理服务在护理质量及患者满意度提升方面的效果。方法 选取2022年8月至2023年7月收治患者92例,随机分为观察组(人性化护理服务)和对照组(常规护理服务)各46例,对比效果。结果 观察组护理质量、满意度和生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人性化护理可以使患者的护理质量、满意度显著提升,效果良好。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing service on the improvement of nursing quality and patient satisfaction. Methods A total of 92 patients admitted from August 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into observation group (humanized nursing service) and control group (routine nursing service), 46 cases each, to compare the effect. Results The nursing quality, satisfaction and life quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing can significantly improve the nursing quality and satisfaction of patients, and the effect is good.
