| 摘要 |
分析对白内障患者应用中医特色护理干预的效果。方法 抽选2022年10月-2023年10月于我院就诊的白内障患者68例为研究的对象，以简单随机法分34例为对照组实施常规护理，另外34例为观察组则增加中医特色护理，对比两组患者护理效果；对比两组患者的并发症发生概率。结果 护理后观察组患者健康知识知晓度、护理满意度、按时复诊度均优于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。而并发症的发生概率也低于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 对白内障患者实施中医特色护理的效果较好，可提高患者的健康知识知晓和满意度，给患者打造较好的护理体验，利于患者自护意识提高和并发症概率降低。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention on cataract patients. Methods A total of 68 cataract patients treated in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects, 34 cases were divided into the control group by simple random method, and 34 cases were added to the observation group with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. The probability of complications was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the health knowledge awareness, nursing satisfaction and on-time visit of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). The probability of complications was also lower than that of control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of TCM characteristic nursing for cataract patients is better, which can improve the health knowledge and satisfaction of patients, create better nursing experience for patients, improve the self-care consciousness of patients and reduce the probability of complications.
