| 摘要 |
探寻在重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）患者早期护理中实行集束化护理管理效果。方法 选择我院收治的70例SAP患者，随机平分成对照组和观察组，分别实行常规护理和集束化护理管理，对比效果。结果 观察组恢复和住院时间、并发症、护理效果、护理满意度均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将集束化护理管理应用在SAP患者早期护理中，可改善其症状情况，缩短住院时间，减少并发症产生，使护理效果和护理满意度提高。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing management in early nursing of patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods 70 cases of SAP patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and routine nursing and cluster nursing management were carried out respectively to compare the effect. Results The recovery and hospitalization time, complications, nursing effect and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of cluster nursing management in the early nursing of SAP patients can improve their symptoms, shorten hospital stay, reduce complications, and improve nursing effect and nursing satisfaction.
