中医整体护理在糖尿病视网膜病变病人中的应用效果观察

| 摘要 |
以提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者护理水平为研究目标，在临床中实施中医整体护理，明确其对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的糖尿病视网膜病变患者为分析对象，共计95例，按照诊疗先后顺序设置成对照组（49例）、观察组（46例），分别以常规手段、中医整体护理手段实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 中医证候积分方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。不良情绪方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中实施中医整体护理，可以减轻糖尿病视网膜病变患者眼底出血、渗出、水肿、增殖等临床各项症状，减轻不良情绪，有利于促进心理健康。

| Abstract |
Objective To improve the nursing level of diabetic retinopathy patients as the research goal, in the clinical implementation of traditional Chinese medicine holistic nursing, to clarify its impact on diabetic retinopathy patients. Methods A total of 95 patients with diabetic retinopathy who received diagnosis and treatment in the hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the analysis objects. They were divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (46 cases) according to the order of diagnosis and treatment. Two groups of nursing intervention were implemented by conventional means and TCM holistic nursing means, and the intervention situation was analyzed. Results In terms of TCM syndrome scores, the values of observation group were lower than those of the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of negative emotions, the values in the observation group were lower than those in the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of TCM holistic nursing in clinical practice can alleviate the clinical symptoms such as fundus hemorrhage, exudation, edema and proliferation in patients with diabetic retinopathy, alleviate adverse emotions, and promote mental health.
