| 摘要 |
探寻针对糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）实行虎符铜砭刮痧治疗后的护理效果。方法 选择我院收治的60例DPN患者，随机平分成对照组和观察组，均实行虎符铜砭刮痧治疗，两组分别实行常规护理和综合性护理，对比效果。结果 观察组血糖指标、临床症状、护理满意度均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对虎符铜砭刮痧治疗DPN患者实行综合性护理，能够改善血糖指标，缓解临床症状，提升护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing effect of Hufu Tongbian Guasha treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods 60 cases of DPN patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, both of which were treated with Hufu Tongbian gua Sha. The two groups were treated with routine nursing and comprehensive nursing respectively, and the effect was compared. Results The blood glucose index, clinical symptoms and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for Hufu Tongbian Gua Sha treatment of DPN patients can improve blood sugar index, relieve clinical symptoms and enhance nursing satisfaction.
