| 摘要 |
探讨混合痔手术（PPH）患者给予疼痛护理的效果。方法 选取2022年10月至2023年10月行PPH患者200例，随机分为观察组（疼痛护理）和对照组（常规护理）各100例，对比效果。结果 观察组术后疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 疼痛护理可有效改善PPH患者疼痛程度，改善睡眠质量，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of pain care in patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery (PPH). Methods A total of 200 patients receiving PPH from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into observation group (pain care) and control group (routine care) with 100 cases each to compare the effect. Results Postoperative pain scores and sleep quality scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pain nursing can effectively improve the pain degree and sleep quality of patients with PPH.
