| 摘要 |
研究中医护理干预对急性肾盂肾炎患者的治疗效果。方法 在2023年3月至2024年3月期间，我们的医院进行了一项研究，纳入了84名被诊断为急性肾盂肾炎的患者。这些患者被随机分配到两个不同的组别：对照组和观察组，每个组别包含42名患者。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用中医护理干预，对比两组中医证候积分、实验室指标，以及护理满意度。结果 （1）观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。（2）观察组实验室指标显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。（3）观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 中医护理干预在急性肾盂肾炎患者中效果显著，可有效改善患者相关症状，提升其肾功能，从而提高护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on patients with acute pyelonephritis. Methods Between March 2023 and March 2024, our hospital conducted a study that included 84 patients diagnosed with acute pyelonephritis. These patients were randomly assigned to two different groups: the control group and the observation group, each containing 42 patients. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with TCM nursing intervention. The TCM syndrome scores, laboratory indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results (1) The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05). (2) The laboratory indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05). (3) The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention has a significant effect on patients with acute pyelonephritis, which can effectively improve their related symptoms, enhance their renal function, and thus increase nursing satisfaction.
