| 摘要 |
探究神经性皮炎患者中采取火针治疗的护理效果。方法 抽取本院在2021年2月-2022年2月期间收治的78例神经性皮炎患者为本次研究对象，依照随机数字表法分为对照组、试验组，其中前者行常规西药治疗及常规护理，后者采取火针治疗及相应护理干预。每组39例，对两组治疗有效率、复发率、满意度情况进行对比。结果 试验组治疗有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。试验组复发率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。试验组满意度低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 神经性皮炎患者中采取火针治疗并配合相应的护理干预，可对患者的治疗效果起到促进作用，能够减少疾病复发，为此患者较为满意。此种方法值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing effect of using fire needle therapy in patients with neurodermatitis. Methods 78 patients with neurodermatitis admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The former received routine Western medicine treatment and routine care, while the latter received fire needle treatment and corresponding nursing interventions. Compare the treatment effectiveness, recurrence rate, and satisfaction between the two groups, with 39 cases in each group. Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The satisfaction level of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fire needle treatment combined with corresponding nursing interventions can promote the treatment effect of patients with neurodermatitis and reduce disease recurrence. Therefore, patients are more satisfied. This method is worth promoting.
