| 摘要 |
本研究旨在探讨人性化服务在健康体检护理工作中的作用和效果。方法 选择2022年3月至2023年3月参与健康体检的受检者60例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30例,常规护理)与实验组(n=30例,人性化服务)。对比两组体检质量评分、体检效率评分、健康宣教评分、护理依从性以及护理满意度。结果 实验组体检质量评分、体检效率评分、健康宣教评分、护理依从性以及护理满意度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在健康体检护理工作中,引入人性化服务能够加强患者对护理工作的信任感和依从性,提升整体服务体验。

| Abstract |
Objective This study aims to explore the role and effect of humanized service in health examination nursing work. Methods A total of 60 patients who participated in physical examination from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group (n=30 cases, routine nursing) and experimental group (n=30 cases, humanized service) according to random number table method. The score of physical examination quality, physical examination efficiency, health education score, nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The score of physical examination quality, physical examination efficiency, health education score, nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The introduction of humanized service can strengthen patients trust and compliance in nursing work and improve the overall service experience.
