| 摘要 |
分析心理护理和人性化护理在骨科护理中的应用价值。方法 入选病例共计100例，均来自2020年12月到2021年12月间在我院经治疗护理的骨科患者，依据应用护理措施的不同将所有参与人员均分为两组，对照组（临床应用常规护理）以及研究组（心理护理联合人性化护理模式），比较两组患者心理状态以及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分降低明显，患者的疼痛程度也有所缓解，生活质量也有显著提升，组间数值P＜0.05，存在对比意义。结论 骨科患者实施心理护理和人性化护理效果确切，具有较高的临床应用优势，可改善患者预后和生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application value of psychological nursing and humanized nursing in orthopedic nursing. Methods A total of 100 cases were enrolled, all from orthopedic patients receiving treatment and nursing in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021. According to different nursing measures, all participants were divided into two groups: control group (clinical routine nursing) and study group (psychological nursing combined with humanized nursing). The psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The anxiety and depression scores of patients in the observation group were significantly reduced, the pain degree of patients was also relieved, and the quality of life was also significantly improved, and the inter-group value was P < 0.05, indicating comparative significance. Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing and humanized nursing in orthopedic patients is accurate, and it has a high clinical application advantage, and can improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
