| 摘要 |
多系统萎缩是一种严重影响患者身心健康的神经变性疾病。除了身体症状外，患者常伴有抑郁、焦虑等心理问题。本文以一例多系统萎缩伴双下肢疼痛患者为例，探讨了欧卡牌在护理中的应用效果。通过积极控制症状、缓解疼痛、改善睡眠等常规护理措施的基础上，引入欧卡牌情绪干预，帮助患者释放情绪、探索自我、回顾生命，达到缓解抑郁焦虑、增强生活信心的目的，提高护理效果和患者生活质量。

| Abstract |
Multisystem atrophy is a neurodegenerative disease that seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients. In addition to the physical symptoms, patients are often accompanied by depression, anxiety and other psychological problems. This paper used a patient with multisystem atrophy with double lower limb pain to explore the effect of Ocard in nursing. On the basis of routine nursing measures such as active control of symptoms, relieving pain and improving sleep, Oka emotional intervention is introduced to help patients release emotions, explore themselves and review life, so as to achieve the purpose of relieving depression and anxiety, enhancing confidence in life, and improve the nursing effect and the quality of life of patients.
