Objective To discuss the influence of situational bedside care mode on self-care ability, negative mood and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods in November 2022-November 2023 during the study, during the treatment in our coronary heart disease patients for the study sample, involving a total of 70 cases, reference single double grouping principle of all patients into research group (situation into bedside care mode), control group (routine care), compare the two groups of self care ability, negative mood and quality of life indicators. Results Values of self-care ability score (self-care concept, self-care skills, health knowledge level, self-care responsibility) in the study group, the difference was higher, P <0.05; the negative emotion after intervention, the study group was lower than the control group, P <0.05; the study group was higher than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion The clinical application of bedside care mode can significantly improve the self-care ability of coronary heart disease patients, relieve their bad mood, improve the prognosis quality of life, and the overall application effect is accurate. It is suggested to be widely adopted in clinical application.
