| 摘要 |
分析小儿疝气术后患儿中采取循证护理对其焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法 抽取本院在2022年2月-2023年2月期间收治的82例小儿疝气术治疗患儿为本次研究对象。以随机数字表法将上述患儿分为参考组及实验组，每组41例。其中参考组行常规护理，实验组行循证护理。以焦虑、抑郁情绪评分、术后并发症发生率低，护理满意度评价两组护理效果。结果 实验组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿疝气术后患儿中采取循证护理可有助于减轻患儿负面情绪，提高家长的满意度。此种方法值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of evidence-based nursing on anxiety and depression in children with hernia after surgery. Methods 82 pediatric patients who underwent hernia surgery in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects. The above-mentioned children were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received evidence-based care. Evaluate the nursing effects of the two groups based on anxiety and depression scores, low incidence of postoperative complications, and nursing satisfaction. Results The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence based nursing in pediatric hernia patients after surgery can help alleviate negative emotions and improve parental satisfaction. This method is worth promoting.
