摘要
探讨基于微信平台的探究式教学在PICU低年护士培训中的应用效果研究。方法 选择我科40名低年资护士,实行基于微信平台的探究式教学培训,对培训效果进行分析。结果 使用基于微信平台的探究式教学方法培训后,考核成绩、自主学习能力、自我核心能力、护理满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在PICU低年护士培训中采用基于微信平台的探究式教学,可使PICU低年护士综合能力提高,提升其自主学习能力、核心能力和护理满意度。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of inquiry teaching based on wechat platform in the training of nurses in junior PICU. Methods 40 nurses with low seniority in our department were selected to carry out inquiry-based teaching training based on wechat platform, and the training effect was analyzed. Results After the training with the inquiry teaching method based on wechat platform, the assessment performance, independent learning ability, self-core ability and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of inquiry teaching based on wechat platform in the training of PICU junior nurses can improve the comprehensive ability of PICU junior nurses, improve their independent learning ability, core ability and nursing satisfaction.
