| 摘要 |
在院中进行集束化护理干预，探究这种护理方案对于重症脑卒中患者出现肠内营养相关性腹泻的影响。方法 通过随机抽取本院重症脑卒中患者分入两组进行对比的方式开展研究，根据方案设置，抽取时间为2023年3月至2024年2月，抽取例数为70例，常规护理干预执行小组称为对照组，而在对照组基础上进行集束化护理干预的小组称为实验中。结果 实验结束进行数据观察可以知道，实验组患者不仅并发症发生率低于对照组患者，且护理满意度也高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 集束化护理干预能够有效降低重症脑卒中肠内营养相关性腹泻的发生概率，提高患者护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing intervention on enteral nutrition-related diarrhea in patients with severe stroke in hospitals. Methods Patients with severe stroke in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups for comparison. According to the protocol setting, the sampling time was from March 2023 to February 2024, and the sample number was 70. The routine nursing intervention implementation group was called the control group, while the group that performed cluster nursing intervention based on the control group was called the experiment. Results After data observation at the end of the experiment, it can be seen that the complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was also higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of enteral nutrition related diarrhea and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with severe stroke.
