| 摘要 |
探究在对疝气手术患者护理时开展优质护理服务的价值。方法 在2022年3月至2023年11月本院疝气患者中选择64例，通过数字表随机排序0至64号，奇数序列开展常规护理（32例，对照组），偶数序列开展优质护理（32例，观察组）。对比两组生活质量、并发症、疼痛程度，住院时间等。结果 对比患者手术期间生活质量，观察组护理后较对照组高，P<0.05。术后并发症发生率，观察组较低，P<0.05。术后疼痛程度、住院时间以及胃肠道功能恢复时间，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论 在对疝气患者护理时开展优质护理支持，可以提升患者术期生活质量，降低并发症发生率，有助于患者恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of providing high-quality nursing services in the care of patients undergoing hernia surgery. Methods From March 2022 to November 2023, 64 patients with hernia in our hospital were selected and randomly ranked from 0 to 64 using a numerical table. Routine care was provided in odd numbered sequences (32 cases, control group), while high-quality care was provided in even numbered sequences (32 cases, observation group). Compare the quality of life, complications, degree of pain, and length of hospital stay between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the quality of life of the observation group was higher after nursing care, with a P<0.05. The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group, P<0.05. The observation group had advantages in postoperative pain level, hospital stay, and gastrointestinal function recovery time, with P<0.05. Conclusion Providing high-quality nursing support for hernia patients can improve their quality of life during surgery, reduce the incidence of complications, and aid in patient recovery.
