| 摘要 |
研究课程思政融合案例分析教学在危急重症护理临床教学中的应用价值。方法 选取2023年6月~2024年3月在我院急诊科和重症科实习的护理专科60名,采用随机数字表法分为教育组和常规组各30名,常规组运用传统讲授教学模式,教育组运用课程思政融合CBL的教学模式,比较两组的教学效果,包括:理论和操作考核、临床综合能力评价、教学方法满意度调查等内容。结果 经过比较分析,教育组理论和操作考核、教育组患者临床解决问题能力的评价、教学方法满意度调查明显高于常规组患者;两组数据有差异(P<0.05)。结论 将课程思政与CBL相结合,既要让学生掌握基本的理论与操作技能,又要提高他们的发现与解决问题的能力,同时也要强化他们的思想道德与政治教育,这样才能为临床培养出具有正确的三观、德、行的高专业水平的护理人才。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the application value of ideological and political integration case analysis teaching in critical critical nursing clinical teaching. Methods A total of 60 nursing majors who practiced in the emergency department and critical care Department of our hospital from June 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into the education group and the routine group by random number table method, 30 in each group. The conventional group used the traditional teaching mode and the education group used the teaching mode integrating curriculum ideology and politics. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared, including: Theory and operation assessment, clinical comprehensive ability evaluation, teaching method satisfaction survey and so on. Results After comparative analysis, the theoretical and operational assessment, the evaluation of clinical problem-solving ability and the satisfaction survey of teaching methods in the education group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group. There were differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of ideological and political courses with CBL should not only enable students to master basic theoretical and operational skills, but also improve their ability to discover and solve problems. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen their ideological, moral and political education, so as to cultivate high professional level nursing talents with correct three views, morality and practice for clinical practice.
