| 摘要 |
探讨对骨科患者的风险预警措施以及对安全管理的影响。方法 本次研究于骨科内实施，选取研究对象78例，均是骨科在2022年12月至2023年12月期间收治，存在不同的骨科疾病。将患者分配为2组，一组为对照组，对其实施常规护理管理，另一组为观察组，实施风险预警管理，对比两组的护理风险事件发生率、护理满意度。结果 据统计，观察组、对照组患者临床治疗期间分别出现2例、8例风险事件，发生率分别为5.12%、20.51%，观察组护理风险事件发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；在护理满意度方面，观察组护理满意度更高（P＜0.05）。结论 在骨科患者护理期间实施风险预警管理有助于预防风险事件，可提高安全管理水平，并可提升护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the risk warning measures for orthopedic patients and the impact on safety management. Methods This study was carried out in the Department of Orthopedics, and 78 subjects were selected, all of whom were admitted to the department of Orthopedics from December 2022 to December 2023, with different orthopedics diseases. The patients were divided into 2 groups, one group was the control group, and the other group was the observation group, and the risk warning management was implemented. The incidence of nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results According to statistics, there were 2 cases of risk events in the observation group and 8 cases in the control group during clinical treatment, with the incidence of 5.12% and 20.51%, respectively. The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In terms of nursing satisfaction, the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of risk early warning management during the nursing of orthopaedic patients can help to prevent risk events, improve the level of safety management, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
