小儿荨麻疹应用中西医结合治疗的有效方法研究

| 摘要 |
在小儿荨麻疹的患儿中实施中西医结合治疗，探究其应用效果。方法 2022年6月至2023年6月，纳入我院120名小儿荨麻疹患者，等量随机分为两组，其中，对照组给予西医治疗，研究组给予中西医结合治疗，对比两组治疗后的临床疗效和各类荨麻疹的复发情况结果。结果 在治疗后的临床疗效、各类荨麻疹（丘疹性荨麻疹、血疹形荨麻疹以及风团型荨麻疹）和总复发率的数据中，研究组均优于对照组，两组差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 在小儿荨麻疹患儿中应用中西医结合治疗的价值较高，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in children with urticaria. Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,120 pediatric patients with urticaria were included in our hospital, and randomly divided into two groups, the control group received western medicine treatment, and the study group received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the recurrence of urticaria were compared. Results In the clinical efficacy after treatment, all kinds of urticaria (papular urticaria, urticaria and total recurrence rate), the study group was better than the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The value of applying integrated Chinese and western medicine in children with urticaria is high and worth popularizing.
