摘要	研究产前超声诊断胎儿肾脏发育异常的临床应用价值。方法选择2021年01月-2022年01月到本院接受产前诊断的孕妇100例，依照病理诊断结果，分析产前超声诊断的运用价值。结果 100名孕妇中，病理诊断后发现存在肾脏发育异常的30例，而产前超声诊断发现存在肾脏发育异常的27例，诊断准确率27（90.00%），p＞0.05。结论运用产前超声方式对胎儿肾脏发育异常诊断，价值颇高，可运用。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal renal dysplasia. Methods 100 pregnant women who received prenatal diagnosis in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected. According to the pathological diagnosis results, the application value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis was analyzed. Results among 100 pregnant women, 30 cases of renal dysplasia were found after pathological diagnosis, while 27 cases of renal dysplasia were found by prenatal ultrasound diagnosis. The diagnostic accuracy was 27 (90.00%), P > 0.05. Conclusion prenatal ultrasound is of high value in the diagnosis of fetal renal dysplasia.
