Objective To explore the application value of diversified nursing in the nursing of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, 100 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease were divided into control group and study group by computer randomized method. The number of cases in both groups was the same, 50 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the study group was treated with diversified nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were comprehensively analyzed from three aspects: blood glucose index, complications and nursing satisfaction. Results The blood glucose index of the two groups before nursing was compared (P > 0.05). After nursing, the levels of FPG, 2h-PG and HbA1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the results were compared with P < 0.05; The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the results were compared with P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of diverse nursing in the nursing of patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease can help improve the blood glucose control effect, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction, which is worth popularizing.
