| 摘要 |
探讨老年哮喘急性发作患者使用责任制整体护理干预对其情绪和心理状态的影响。方法 选取2022年5月~2023年5月内我院收治的老年哮喘急性发作患者共90例，使用随机分组方式分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（责任制整体护理）各45例，对比两组护理效果。结果 干预前两组心理状况评分和情绪状态评分差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组干预后心理状况评分和情绪状态评分均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年哮喘急性发作患者实施责任制整体护理能够显著改善患者情绪，提高其健康心理状态，具有应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention with responsibility system on emotional and psychological state of elderly patients with acute asthma attack. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with acute asthma attack admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (responsibility system holistic nursing) with 45 cases each, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of psychological status and emotional status between the two groups (P > 0.05). The scores of psychological status and emotional status in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The responsibility system of holistic nursing for elderly patients with acute asthma attack can significantly improve their mood and health psychological state, and has practical value.
