摘要	马克思主义哲学是与自然、社会、思维发展普遍规律相关的科学理论，是科学的方法论和世界观，无论是对自然、社会科学发展，还是与意识形态相关的科学发展均具有较强的指导性意义。正因如此，马克思主义哲学与临床医学也有着密切不可分的关系。本文针对马克思主义哲学中的联系、矛盾以及发展观点与护理学哲学素养、辩证和整体思维之间存在的关联性作进一步分析，旨在为护理学寻求更为宽广的空间的发展方向，见下文报道。
Abstract	Marxist philosophy is a scientific theory related to the universal law of the development of nature, society and thinking. It is a scientific methodology and world outlook. It has strong guiding significance for the development of nature, social science and ideology. For this reason, Marxist philosophy and clinical medicine also have a close and inseparable relationship. This paper further analyzes the connections and contradictions in Marxist philosophy and the relationship between development views and nursing philosophical literacy, dialectics and overall thinking, in order to seek a broader development direction for nursing, as reported below.
