Objective To analyze the effect of TCM targeted drug therapy on the recovery of gastrointestinal function of gynecological malignancy. Methods experimental income samples are our hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 during postoperative patients of gynecological malignant tumor, a total of 80 cases, with computer randomization as the standard, the participants are divided into two groups, the control group (conventional treatment), observation group (TCM directed treatment), in the implementation of two groups of patients related index data sorting records, combined with statistical system comparison observation, analysis of traditional Chinese medicine directed treatment application value. Results In the observation group, the recovery time of the postoperative bowel sound, the first anal exhaust time and the first defecation time were shorter than that of the other group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the other group. The group P value was 0.05, which showed statistical significance. Conclusion For the recovery of gastrointestinal function of gynecological malignant tumors, reducing the incidence of adverse treatment and accelerating the recovery of patients, the overall effect is accurate, which is suitable for promotion.
