| 摘要 |
探究分析泌尿结石体外冲击波碎石的临床护理。方法 时间：2023年1月至2024年1月，对象：接受泌尿结石体外冲击波碎石的患者共102例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理，对比两组临床相关指标；疼痛程度；心理状态以及生活质量。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 强化对于泌尿结石体外冲击波碎石患者的干预，可显著改善患者临床相关指标；疼痛程度；心理状态以及生活质量，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical nursing of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for urinary stones. Methods From January 2023 to January 2024, a total of 102 patients receiving extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for urinary stones were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received comprehensive nursing, and compared the clinical indicators of the two groups. Degree of pain; Mental state and quality of life. Results The observation group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Intensive intervention of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy can significantly improve the clinical indicators of patients with urinary stones. Degree of pain; Psychological state and quality of life, worthy of promotion and application.
