| 摘要 |
探究分析系统化围术期康复护理用于髋关节置换术患者的效果。方法 时间：2023年1月至2024年6月，对象：髋关节置换术患者共490例，分组：以患者出生日期为基础，随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用系统化围术期康复护理，对比两组髋关节功能以及生活质量。结果 观察组SF-36评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。护理前两组髋关节功能无明显差异，P＞0.05，护理后观察组Harris评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 系统化围术期康复护理可显著改善患者髋关节功能以及生活质量，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of systematic perioperative rehabilitation nursing in patients with hip replacement. Methods From January 2023 to June 2024, 490 patients with hip replacement were randomly divided into control group and observation group based on the date of birth. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received systematic perioperative rehabilitation nursing. The hip function and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The SF-36 score of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in hip function between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05), and Harris score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after nursing (P < 0.05). Conclusion Systematic perioperative rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the hip function and quality of life of patients, and it is worth promoting and applying.
