| 摘要 |
分析互联网+IMB模型用于女性压力性尿失禁非手术治疗中的价值。方法 随机均分2022年5月-2024年4月本科接诊女性压力性尿失禁病人（n=68）。试验组非手术治疗期间采取互联网+IBM模型护理，对照组行常规护理。对比依从性等指标。结果 关于依从性：试验组97.06%，对照组仅82.35%，试验组数据更高（P＜0.05）。ICI-Q-SF评分：干预后，试验组低至（6.15±1.04）分，但对照组却达到（9.07±1.83）分，比较发现：试验组数据更低（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组97.06%，对照组仅79.41%，试验组数据更高（P＜0.05）。结论 女性压力性尿失禁非手术治疗用互联网+IMB模型护理，病人的依从性更高，尿失禁症状缓解更为迅速，满意度提升更加明显。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of Internet +IMB model in the non-surgical treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Methods Female patients with stress urinary incontinence were randomly assigned from May 2022 to April 2024 (n=68). The experimental group received Internet +IBM model nursing during non-surgical treatment, and the control group received routine nursing. Compliance and other indicators were compared. Results The compliance was 97.06% in the experimental group and 82.35% in the control group, and the data in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05). ICI Q-SF score: After intervention, the experimental group was as low as (6.15±1.04) points, but the control group was as low as (9.07±1.83) points, and it was found that the data in the experimental group was lower (P < 0.05). Satisfaction: experimental group 97.06%, control group only 79.41%, the experimental group data was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion The non-surgical treatment of female stress incontinence with Internet +IMB model nursing, the patients compliance is higher, the symptoms of incontinence are relieved more quickly, and the satisfaction is more obvious.
