骨科护理中的不安全因素以及对策分析研究

摘要	分析研究骨科护理中的不安全因素及对策。方法本次实验跨越2020年1月至2021年12月这一时间段，研究人员对140例骨科手术患者进行研究。研究人员按照双盲对照原则对本次实验研究对象进行分组，对照组所选70例患者采用一般护理，在充分分析不安全因素的基础上对实验组所选70例患者进行护理，记录对照组及实验组患者护理满意度评分、风险事件出现情况，并实施比较分析。结果对照组所选70例患者护理满意度评分为（80.1±6.8）分，实验组对应数据为（92.4±5.2）分，比较分析组间护理满意度评分相关数据，有着较大的差异，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组所选患者中出现风险事件的人数分别为8人及0人，占组内所选患者总人数的比例分别为11.43%及0.00%，分析比较组间护理风险事件出现概率相关数据，有着较大的差距，（p＜0.05）。结论医院管理、病区环境、患者自身及护理操作方面的因素是导致骨科护理风险事件的常见因素，护理人员应注意采取有效措施进行应对，以此保证骨科护理质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the unsafe factors and countermeasures in orthopaedic nursing. Methods This experiment spanned the time period from January 2020 to December 2021, and the researchers studied 140 patients with orthopedic surgery. The researchers divided the subjects of this experiment into groups according to the principle of double-blind control. The 70 patients in the control group received general nursing care, and 70 patients in the experimental group were nursed on the basis of fully analyzing the unsafe factors, and the control group was recorded. The nursing satisfaction scores and the occurrence of risk events of patients in the experimental group were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction score of the selected 70 patients in the control group was (80.1±6.8) points, and the corresponding data in the experimental group was (92.4±5.2) points. The comparison and analysis of the nursing satisfaction scores between the groups showed that there was a big difference, ( p < 0.05); the number of risk events in the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group were 8 and 0, respectively, accounting for 11.43% and 0.00% of the total number of selected patients in the group, respectively. There is a large gap in the data related to the probability of occurrence of risk events (p < 0.05). Conclusion The factors of hospital management, ward environment, patients themselves and nursing operations are common factors that lead to risk events in orthopaedic nursing. Nursing staff should pay attention to taking effective measures to deal with them, so as to ensure the quality of orthopedic nursing.
