| 摘要 |
在斜视矫正儿童患者中，实施一定的护理模式，该模式为联合护理模式，联合应用了分散注意力和人文关怀，分析该护理模式下在患者围手术期的应用效果。方法 2023年5月至2023年11月针对本院就诊的83名斜视矫正儿童患者，随机分为两组，对照组（41名）给予常规护理模式，研究组（42名）实施分散注意力联合人文关怀，对比结果。结果 在除了择期手术时这一阶段以外的其他各阶段焦虑情绪、依从性和家属对护理的满意度数据上，两组差异显著，以研究组数据更优（P<0.05）。结论 在斜视矫正儿童患者的围手术期护理中，采取了分散注意力联合人文关怀的方式，护理后患者的不良情绪大大改善，同时家属满意度大大提高，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To implement a certain nursing mode in children with strabismus correction, which is joint nursing mode, combined with distraction and humanistic care, and analyze the application effect of this nursing mode in the perioperative period of patients. Methods From May 2023 to November 2023, 83 children treated in our hospital with strabismus correction were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (41) was given routine nursing mode, and the study group (42) was given distraction combined humanistic care. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in anxiety, compliance and family satisfaction with nursing at all stages except for elective surgery, and the data of the study group was better (P<0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative nursing of children with strabismus correction, the way of distracting attention and humanistic care is adopted, which can greatly improve the bad mood of patients and the satisfaction of family members.
